 An Initial Assessment Consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute session where I get to know you, your goals, your health history, and your daily routines.

We explore your current eating patterns, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any medical considerations to understand the full picture of your wellbeing.

You’ll leave with personalised recommendations, a clear plan, and a sense of direction for moving forward.  

Review Consultation - 30min

30min

A 30-minute Review Consultation focuses on checking in with your progress, reviewing what’s working well, and refining your nutrition strategies.

We address any challenges, adjust your plan as needed, and build on your successes to keep you moving confidently towards your goals.

This shorter session is ideal for focused follow-ups and continued support.

Review Consultation – 45min

45min

A 45-minute Review Consultation provides extra time for a deeper discussion and personalised guidance.

We review your progress, explore any new symptoms or changes in your health, and update your nutrition plan with tailored strategies.

This session offers additional space to troubleshoot, educate, and support you through more complex needs.
