Fees & Funding Options

Private Fees

Initial Assessment (60 minutes) - $185
Review Consultation (30 minutes) - $105
Review Consultation (45 minutes) - $135

Payment is required on the day of your appointment. We accept electronic payment methods.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a valid Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) and referral from their GP.

Under a CDMP, Medicare provides a rebate of $61.80 per session for up to 5 allied health services per calendar year. Please note that these five sessions are shared across all allied health providers.

The full consultation fee is payable at the time of your appointment. As we do not offer on-the-spot Medicare claiming, we will process your claim electronically after payment. The rebate will then be deposited into your nominated bank account, usually within 1-2 business days.

Consultation Fee: $185
Medicare Rebate: $61.80
Out-of-pocket cost: $123.20

A valid GP referral is required prior to your first appointment under a CDMP.

NDIS Participants

We are a non-registered NDIS provider.

We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Services are delivered in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. A service agreement must be completed prior to commencement of services.

Cancellation fees may apply in line with NDIS guidelines.

DVA Gold Card Holders

DVA Gold Card holders are fully covered for approved dietetic services and incur no out-of-pocket expenses.

A valid GP referral is required prior to your first appointment.

DVA White Card holders may be eligible for dietetic services if the condition being treated is accepted by DVA. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may incur a cancellation fee.

For NDIS participants, cancellation fees are applied in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
